- If the day of arrival is 2512, 2612 or 0101, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50personnight, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
